Responsible for the research, design, and production of solid-state laser products.

Independently conduct developmental and validation technical experiments, complete engineering work for new products.

Resolve technical issues in the production process to improve product yield.

Prepare technical training documents and conduct technical training for new products.

Bachelor's degree or above in laser, optics, physics, or related fields.

Solid understanding of laser or optical theory, familiarity with technologies such as lamp pumping and Q-switching, comprehensive knowledge of opto-mechanical engineering.

3-5 years of experience in the design, production, or maintenance of optoelectronic instruments, experience in resolving production line issues or technical training.

Project management skills, strong coordination and hands-on abilities, meticulous and organized work approach.

Responsible for the installation, customer training, maintenance, and technical support of solid-state laser products.

Maintain good customer relationships and resolve issues encountered by customers during equipment use.

Collect product quality information and provide rationalized suggestions for product improvement to the quality department.

Bachelor's degree or above in optics, physics, electronic science and technology, or related fields.

Prior experience in after-sales service in the laser or optoelectronics industry preferred.

Strong logical analysis skills, hands-on ability, and execution capability.

Excellent communication skills, team collaboration, and ability to adapt to frequent travel.

Responsible for the research, design, and production of laser products.

Assist in conducting developmental and validation experiments and tests for laser development.

Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to laser products.

Master's degree or above in optics, optical engineering, physics, or related fields.

Proficient in optical engineering, laser principles, and solid-state laser engineering technologies, familiar with technologies such as lamp pumping and Q-switching.

Strong logical analysis, hands-on, and communication skills.

Strong learning ability and excellent teamwork skills.

Proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing is preferred.
